Nigel Berney
Nigel has over 25 years’ experience in a number of commercial real estate sectors within the property market. He has extensive knowledge of the commercial, residential, and mixed use sectors, actively identifying and delivering development opportunities with alternate use potential. He focuses on building successful partnerships with landowners and occupiers, helping both to achieve their property ambitions by providing strategic solutions.
Guy Harman
Guy has been involved with acquiring main franchise dealership property for 25 years having advised and purchased sites for Car Manufacturer and main Dealer groups throughout the UK. This experience has allowed him to acquire and develop numerous main road sites for specific occupiers. This area of expertise has enabled Guy to expand into the Care Sector in 2010 in acquiring sites for Grade A Care Home development.
Lorraine Kent
Following 10 years in the marketing industry, Lorraine's property background began over 20 years ago with Nigel Lawrence Partnership, motor trade and roadside agency specialists and she took over responsibility at NL Property for all administrative matters at its inception. In her role as Office Manager, Lorraine manages all aspects of administration for the company, in addition to running the office and acting as personal assistant to Nigel and Guy.
Sophia Toon
Sophia joined the NL property team in 2018 as a Development Surveyor. For the last 4 years she worked for a property investment and development agency where she had dual roles, both as office manager directing the client relationship programmes, and increasingly focusing on sales and business development, buying and selling land. She has broad experience across multiple sectors including commercial residential and mixed use and is currently managing a complex multi-site programme and focusing increasingly on the Care sector.
Steve Sinclair
Steve has a BSc in Architecture from UCL and a MBA from London Business School. He has worked at McKinsey, IBM, and most recently retired from the Chief Marketing Officer role at PwC where he has worked as a Director for 15 years. He has also held Board positions roles at Boots as Marketing Director and WH Smith as Strategy Director. His NED roles include Wilko, Kennedy Scott and NL Property.
Ian Hall
MA FRICS qualified; Ian has over 35 years experience in the commercial property sector, providing advice on property transactions across all commercial sectors. He has worked closely with major occupiers of property including Costco, Countrywide Farmers, Waitrose, Tesco and Christie Tyler, and provided development consultancy services to numerous funds and property companies including HSBC Pensions, Prudential, AXA, Civil Aviation Authority and London & Cambridge. His particular strength is identifying off market opportunities and liaising with occupiers.
Andrew Angew
Underpinned with 15 years’ experience and a depth of institutional agency, market knowledge and financial modelling, Andrew’s creative and collaborative mind set delivers on projects including ground up development, asset repositioning to maximise returns and preparing pre-sale assets to maximise value. Well-connected across the industry, Andrew has worked with a range of partners including institutional funds, family offices, private equity and public sector clients.
